From November 27 to December 1, 2025, Arenzano will host a prestigious international sporting event — the Cross Country World Championships for athletes with intellectual disabilities.

The event, promoted by the Liguria Paralympic Committee under the auspices of the International Federation VIRTUS and the Italian Federation for Paralympic Sports for Intellectual and Relational Disabilities (FISDIR), is organized by the Local Organizing Committee S.S.D. Formidabile.
